「天地海民宿」不僅是一個舒適的住宿地點，更是充滿文學、哲學和藝術的交匯之處。這裡共有五間客房，每間客房都可以躺在床上就欣賞山海美景，並提供養生、天然的早餐。這裡離豐濱村的中心只有兩公里，開車只需兩分鐘，是旅行、住宿絕佳的地點。
民宿由兩位熱愛旅行的音樂家創立，他們在台灣東海岸找到了一塊荒廢已久的地，築起了退隱山林的夢想。除了對音樂的熱愛，他們也對建築設計充滿熱情，投入了多年的努力與時間，與建築師和設計師合作，從太平洋的遼闊中尋找建房靈感。

"Sky Earth and Sea" bed and breakfast is not just a comfortable place to stay, but also a melting pot of literature, philosophy, and art. Each of the five guest rooms allows guests to enjoy the beautiful mountain and sea views right from their beds, and the breakfast is nourishing and made with natural ingredients. Only two kilometers from the Fengbin Village center (a two-minute drive), it is located in an excellent spot for touring the area.

Founded by two musicians who love traveling, the bed and breakfast was built on an abandoned piece of land on Taiwan's east coast, where they fulfilled their dream of retreating to the mountains. In addition to their love of music, the owners also have a deep passion for architectural design. They put in years of effort, collaborating with architects and designers, to find inspirations for the bed and breakfast from the vast expanse of the Pacific Ocean.

「純粹愛大海」民宿一天只接待一組客人，您可在此享受專屬千坪海域的浪漫假期。不僅有大海、燦爛的陽光與草坪，這裡還有完善的廚房設備，能讓每位來到這裡的旅客內在「廚魂」蠢蠢欲動。為了讓客人有完全放鬆的休息，民宿早餐提供手作麵包，為鼓勵旅客親自下廚，也提供一些簡單的食材，旅客也可以在旅途中購買當地小農產品，支持在地經濟，以料理建立與親朋好友間美好的回憶。

“Lovestruck by the Ocean” is the perfect place to indulge in a private romantic getaway, since the expansive boutique inn by the sea only houses one group of guests at a time. Besides the vast ocean, radiant sunlight, and lush lawn, there is a well-equipped kitchen that makes every visitor eager to try out their cooking skills. For breakfast, in addition to homemade bread, simple breakfast ingredients are provided to encourage guests to slow down and cook for themselves. Visitors can also purchase local produce, supporting the local economy and creating beautiful memories with friends and family through food.

純粹愛大海的大廳並未安裝冷氣，希望旅客能享受季節性的落山風，「我們就在太平洋旁邊，這裡的熱，不是都市的熱。」希望因為這一點點不便，讓旅人能走出房門看海、看星空。為了愛護環境，自設污水沈澱池，選用環保標章的洗髮精沐浴乳，但不提供一次性使用的牙膏牙刷，希望旅客能有舉手之勞，適度使用冷氣並注意毛巾的清潔，減少不必要的漂白水使用，從微小之處善待環境資源。

「這裡的生活太美好了，我們渴望為這個地方做出貢獻。」民宿主人Louis和Nancy，利用自身的專業，為當地部落孩童提供課輔和英文教學，也在鄰近的國中小學任教，希望能夠多陪伴和引導當地的學童，與他們共同成長。

There is no air-conditioning in the inn’s public areas; instead, guests can enjoy the seasonal breezes which come down from the mountains. "We are right next to the Pacific Ocean, and the heat here is different from that of the city." By limiting the use of air-conditioning, the inn’s owners, Louis and Nancy, hope guests will spend more time outside to enjoy the view of the sea and the starry sky. To protect the environment, the inn has its own wastewater treatment system and uses environmentally-friendly shampoo and shower gel. They also do not provide disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes. By asking travelers to use air-conditioning moderately and changing towels sparingly, Louis and Nancy will be able to reducing the unnecessary use of bleach, strive to safeguard the environment themselves as well.

"Life here is so beautiful; we aspire to contribute to this place." On top of running the inn, Louis and Nancy tutor local tribal children and teach them English. They also teach at nearby primary and secondary schools. They wish to spend more time with the local students, guiding them and growing together with them.

石梯33號明亮的設計，陽光從四周穿透屋內，照亮屋內的每一個角落，無論白天或黑夜，四季的變化，都一一盡收眼底。房內溫馨、舒適的佈置，希望給每一位來石梯33號的朋友，都能一眼即愛上這個地方，享受石梯33號的寧靜、自然美景，也能來場與大海的對話。

「美奧的廚房」一次僅接待一組客人，以獨特無餐單料理、開放式廚房分享在地食材所精心製作的美食，旅客可以與店家主人暢談，也能親眼目睹整個料理過程。
熱愛料理的秋玉想要打造一個讓人心靈凝聚的地方，她從都會生活回歸部落後，便決定把部落的成長記憶融入她的食譜中，並將阿美族媽媽手傳的獨特風味與旅客分享。「美奧的廚房」不僅講究料理本身的故事，更傳達食材的來之不易，鼓勵旅客尊重食材，嘗試吃更健康的飲食。

"Mei Ao's Kitchen" only accommodates one group of guests at a time, offering a unique no-menu cuisine experience in an open kitchen, where meticulously crafted dishes using local ingredients are shared. Guests can engage in conversations with the owner and witness the entire cooking process.

Passionate about cooking, 秋玉 wanted to create a place that nurtures the soul. Upon returning from urban life to the tribe, she decided to infuse the memories of the tribe's growth into her recipes and share the unique flavors passed down by Amis tribe mothers with her guests. "Mei Ao's Kitchen" not only emphasizes the stories behind the dishes but also conveys the laborious sourcing of ingredients, encouraging guests to respect the ingredients and explore healthier eating habits.

「美奧的廚房」樂於與周邊小農、漁夫合作，向他們訂購當天捕獲的新鮮食材，並堅守新鮮度要保持在出餐的重要原則。秋玉甚至會親自到退潮的潮間帶，撿拾螺貝、海菜，或者與海女購買他們潛水捕獲的食材。秋玉認為，若要選擇當季食材，必須限量捕撈，讓海洋資源得以永續。她也會用很多種方式保存食材，例如利用潮間帶的海水醃漬芥菜，讓食物的味道變化豐富，也讓每一桌菜都包含著四季不同的美味。為友善對待環境，不提供外帶餐具。旅人想進行深度旅遊，也可以請他們推薦附近的店家及遊程。

"Mei Ao's Kitchen" is eager to collaborate with local farmers and fishermen, sourcing fresh ingredients caught on the same day and maintaining freshness as a fundamental principle for serving dishes. 秋玉 even ventures into the intertidal zone during low tide to gather shellfish, seaweed, or purchase ingredients from "ina"（from Amis) who dive for seafood. She believes that choosing seasonal ingredients requires responsible harvesting to ensure the sustainability of marine resources. She employs various methods to preserve ingredients, such as pickling mustard greens using tidal seawater, creating a diverse range of flavors and capturing the essence of each season on every table. In an effort to be environmentally friendly, they do not provide takeout utensils. For travelers interested in in-depth exploration, they are also willing to recommend nearby popular sites/restaurants and itineraries.

Dipit Tribe
Situated in Fengbin Township, the "Dipit Tribe" is a vibrant community committed to preserving the lifestyle of its elders. Embracing a lifestyle devoid of smoking, alcohol, and betel nuts, they champion a wholesome indigenous way of life. This locale serves as a cultural beacon and a center for sustainable farming practices, illustrating a deep respect for both the land and its cultural legacy.
Dipit Tribe shares the rich tapestry of Fengbin's agricultural and fishing traditions, local customs, and artisanal heritage, connecting people through a variety of tours that feature activities like indigo dyeing among other crafts. In partnership with a local tea brand, the tribe crafts and offers teas inspired by the ethos of "forest-river-village-sea," and has introduced wild grass teas. These efforts beautifully encapsulate Fengbin's natural splendor, bridging philanthropy and aesthetic appreciation in full circle.

Located by the coastline, "Art of Desert" bed and breakfast is renowned for its unique architectural style and the ceramic creations of its owner, Yuan-Zhen Gao. It offers four types of rooms, each with a view of the picturesque mountains and sea. The common area features a high-ceiling living room with an expansive window that overlooks the breathtaking East Coast. The atmosphere here is infused with art and philosophy, and the room designs are minimalistic yet powerful, with exposed cement walls that exude a modern sensibility, like an art gallery.

Breakfast includes artisan bread, homemade jams, butter, boiled eggs, ham, coffee, tea, and seasonal fruits. The communal kitchen is well-equipped, allowing guests to cook simple meals and enjoy a mellow lifestyle.

Moreover, “Art of Desert” provides clean drinking water for its guests, uses eco-friendly cleaning products, limits the use of plastic bottles, and offers information on public transportation to encourage carpooling and green transportation. Furthermore, they support local small farmers, and establish a sustainable supply chain to reduce carbon emissions from transportation. They also dispose of waste properly, recycle and donate to reduce environmental waste. "Adagio" Inn is a renowned property managed by the Lavender Cottage Group. It offers hotel-quality service with the warmth of a guesthouse. Situated within the Shitiping Scenic Recreation Area, world-class geological landscapes, including “Cliff-Face Mountain", marine platform, sea trench, and “Giant’s Kettle” are all within a leisurely stroll. All rooms face the Pacific Ocean, so guests can enjoy the sunrise and moonrise while lying on their soft beds. For families and friends looking to travel together, the "Sea Jasmine” Cottage comes with a cozy living room and a basic kitchen that can be rented as a whole. The inn's "Mountain and Sea Slow Food" chef’s menu is made with local ingredients. The waitstaff explains each dish during mealtime, creating a rich culinary experience.

Handmade soaps and leather accessories are sold on the first floor, which also includes an art gallery, a reading room, and a piano lounge, so guests can indulge in a serene artistic getaway.

熱愛大海的里艾，不是在店裡就是在海裡，將親自打撈的新鮮海鮮結合在地食材與部落種植的蔬果及野菜、特色香料如刺蔥、甜芥等，呈現出當天最新鮮的東海岸佳餚，店裡手作甜點跟飲品也是一大特色，為用餐體驗增添甜蜜的風味。阿美族飲食文化表現在每一道料理中，為用餐者帶來味覺的驚喜之旅。

「里艾廚房＆人魚海」無菜單創意料理，提供預約制服務，需三天前預訂，每個餐期都有限制用餐人數，當天或三天內一樣可以來電詢問，如有客人取消可安排候補，不定時公休。

Candy（王婷瑤）原是北部人，2012年因為愛海移居豐濱，在緩慢石梯坪當店長，2015年移居到靜浦並成立「下鄉行動個人工作室」，其中經營的「依浪」，提供最不打擾海洋的無動力獨木舟與浮潛活動，讓親海體驗不只是遊憩休閒，而是生態保育的行動者；不想下海的人還可參加石梯坪潮間帶的導覽遊程，豐富對海洋的認識。

Originally from northern Taiwan, Candy (Wang Ting Yao) moved to Fengbin in 2012 because of her love for the sea. She relocated to Jingpu in 2015 and established "Rural Action Studio". Among her various other undertakings, "Yi Lang" offers non-intrusive water activities such as kayaking and snorkeling, so travelers can enjoy the ocean without disturbing its ecosystem, promoting ecological conservation. For those who prefer to stay on land, guided tours of the intertidal zone are available to enrich their understanding of the ocean.

優先聘用在地部落青年教練，讓青年得以在地就業；曾與東管處、林務局、海保署合作，盤點與監測潮間帶常見食用物種，守護石梯坪潮間帶的海洋資源。「山林是大海的情人，在陸地上所做的所有事情，最終是大海要概括承受。」無法從事海上運動時， Candy在花蓮靜浦山谷耕種「海秧米」，堅持不灑農藥、除草劑、甚至是有機肥，以純淨無污染的里素溪水灌溉稻米生長，進而復甦秀姑巒溪南岸出海口的生態環境。

Candy prioritizes hiring local tribal youth coaches, providing employment opportunities for young people in the area. She has collaborated with the East Coast National Scenic Area Administration, the Forestry Bureau, and the Ocean Conservation Administration to monitor common edible species in the intertidal zone, safeguarding marine resources in the area. "Mountains and forests are lovers of the ocean; everything we do on land is ultimately borne by the sea," Candy says.
Candy also cultivates "Sea Rice" sustainably in Hualien’s Jingpu valley. She insists on not using pesticides, herbicides, or even organic fertilizers, irrigating the rice with the pristine and unpolluted water from the Lixue River, thereby revitalizing the ecological environment of Xiuguluan River’s southern bank.

「莎娃綠岸文化工作室」是一個傳承港口部落智慧的文化空間，提供旅客文物館文化導覽、傳統苧麻工藝DIY、巫師樂舞的展演及港口部落的深度文化體驗。工作室由兩姊妹Lafay、Labay以及母親共同經營。他們致力於部落文化的保存工作，也是部落中原住民土地歸還議題的意見領袖。在這裡也提供有機農園的健康料理。

"Sawah Green Shore Cultural Studio" is a cultural space that carries the wisdom of the Makotaay Tribe. It offers museum tours, traditional weaving experience, and performances of shamanic music and dance so visitors can fully experience the Makotaay tribal culture. The studio is co-run by two sisters, Lafay and Labay, with their mother. They are dedicated to preserving their tribal culture and are opinion leaders on the issue of indigenous land return. Additionally, they serve healthy dishes made from produce from their organic farm.

"Sawah Green Shore Cultural Studio" is deeply rooted in the tribe, and is committed to caring for the tribal children and elderly, and growing with the community. As indigenous people, they are committed to lifelong learning, and teaching of native languages and knowledge of the mountain and ocean. They support local farmers, and use wild vegetables and poultry raised by tribal elders, sourcing their ingredients sustainably.

Preserving local culture and embracing innovation, they seek traditional talents and start small businesses with their fellow tribespeople, creating new job opportunities. Through collaboration with both locals and travelers, they establish a friendly and mutually beneficial environment. They also offer green travel information for travelers to guide them on sustainable trips.

舒米‧如妮是阿美族人，成長於花蓮石梯坪港口部落，這裡曾是重要的農田命脈，卻在青壯人口外移後，荒廢30年。2009年開始，舒米‧如妮投身水梯田復育，她的故事曾被改編成電影《太陽的孩子》，那既柔軟又堅毅的素樸形象，感動無數人。而現在，舒米・如妮為了保留逐漸消失的釀酒文化，成立了《稻味釀小酒莊》，港口部落有16位伊娜參與舒米‧如妮的釀酒和示範；讓旅人透過導覽體驗，更加了解糯米酒的文化以及背後的故事。小米酒在阿美族傳統裡被稱為「長者的酒」 ，為了崇天，敬老所釀造，只有在節慶時，部落裡的伊娜(Inas指部落婦女)才聚在一起釀酒，因為它很稀有，所以也非常的珍貴。

《稻味釀小酒莊》釀酒體驗採預約制，透過導覽及影片認識阿美族糯米酒文化及背後故事後，品嘗小米酒原味及變化調酒；體驗伊娜們阿美族節慶樂舞，學習如何向阿美族長輩敬酒等。同時也有機會參與酒釀製作，從下酒麴、酵母，翻動糯米至裝罐，將成品帶回存放品嚐。完整體驗釀酒過程。

Sumi Dongi is from the Amis Tribe and grew up in the Makotaay Tribal village of Shi Ti Ping, Hualien. The location used to be an integral part of the local farming legacy, however after the younger generation moved away from home, it was abandoned for 30 years. Since 2009, Sumi Dongi has been involved in the restoration process of terraced fields. Her story has been adapted into the movie “Wawa No Cidal” (太陽的孩子). Her gentle and humble imagery has moved countless people across the world. Today, Sumi hopes to build a winery in her village in order to allow more travellers to experience and understand the culture and story of rice wine. She hopes to achieve this through guided tours through her village.
